We make our Cappuccino Freezers from scratch, right here in the kitchen, we don't use pre-purchased Cappuccino powder.
Our Cinnamon Rolls and Muffins are baked every day in our own - open concept - kitchen, and you can watch how we make Lemon Cake, Banana bread, Biscotti, Chocolate chip cookies etc. From Organic Flour, Organic and Fair-Trade Chocolate, real butter, etc.
We don't use shortening, margerine, artificial sweetner, etc. in our baking, and maintain a line of gluten-free foods for people who have a hard time with Gluten in their food.

We avoid the use of Nuts or Nut oil in most of our products (please ask).
SWISS WATER® Process decaffeinates coffee using a pure water, 100% chemical free method. We believe this is better. Caffeine is gently removed from the bean while preserving the coffee's distinct origin characterists and flavor.
